Caterpillar An inch long caterpillarCaterpillar by ~Knives420
As green as fresh basil
Was just living its' happy little life.
I cut its' flesh with a large butcher's knife.
It bled out on my finger tip.
I cried out, "I'm sorry."
As it let out its' last breath,
I began to cry.
Why did it die?
It did nothing to deserve
Such a cruel fate.
All it wanted to do was grow
And hatch into something beautiful.
But I killed it
And now it is too late.

While an evil crow

Serendipity has caused

Invisible to everyone but me
But apparently he failed to see
Any of the other people walking
To get where they needed to be
No one noticing him there
And him not noticing everywhere
He would have failed to exist
Except for my perceptive stare
All the world's forgotten things
Collected in his cart he brings
They say more about him than
Any son
